All of this leaves you feeling better instantly.
2. Corpse Pose For Deep Relaxation
No yoga for stress management routine is complete without Corpse Pose, known as Savasana in Sanskrit. It helps you completely disconnect from the hustle of life as you lay on your mat, in deep rest. Known by most as Alternate Nostril Breathing, this Pranayama technique is oh-so soothing for the nerves. It is said to balances our polar energies, bringing a state of peace and stability.
