Add about 400 grams of witch hazel bark in 3l water. Boil the solution in a pan and allow it to cook on low heat for an hour. Strain the same and your health tonic is ready.
2. Witch Hazel Can Be Used As A Herbal Tea.
Take some witch hazel leaves or bark and rinse in water. In a pan, pour one and a half cup of water, let it boil and add the leaves or bark. Heat for about 3-5 minutes and steep for 15 minutes. Cool and drink the tea twice daily to observe the benefits.
