1. Golden Seal And Myrrh Wash.
Goldenseal and myrrh are antiviral herbs that inhibit trichomoniasis symptoms. So, add goldenseal and myrrh leaves in a cup of water. Boil the water and then allow it to rest at room temperature. Wash the penis with it regularly. This is an effective treatment for trichomoniasis in men.
2. Lemon Balm Herbal Tea.
Lemon Balm shows a positive action against HIV as well as Trichomoniasis. therefore, boil a cup of water. Add a teaspoon of lemon balm tea or powder. Steep the tea for 5-8 minutes, strain and drink it for building immunity.
3. Chickweed Bath.
Since chickweed seeds are anti-inflammatory in nature, they help lower the trichomoniasis symptoms. So, add one teaspoon of chickweed seeds in a cup of hot water. Steep the tea for 5 minutes and then strain it. Mix the tea in your bathing water and bathe with it every day.
4. Ashwagandha For Immunity.
Trichomoniasis in women and men occurs because of a weakened immune system. However, ashwagandha effectively kills the trichomoniasis parasite and also strengthens immunity. Take 500mg of Ashwagandha powder with a glass of warm milk every day.
5. Garlic Gauze For Trichomoniasis In Women.
Since garlic is antimicrobial, peel one clove and wrap it in some gauze. Dip it into vegetable oil and insert inside your vagina like a tampon. Change after every 8-10 hours to treat the condition from the root.
