So, grind a handful of almonds till a thick creamy buttery paste is ready. Store the same in a glass jar and keep inside the fridge. Eat the butter whenever hungry or craving sweets.
2. Lemon & Mint Detox Water Helps Stay Hydrated.
Giving up sugar isn’t easy and therefore it is important to stay hydrated. So, prepare a beneficial detox water by adding thinly sliced lemon with 10-15 mint leaves in one-liter water. Let the water infuse for 5-8 hours. Drink throughout the day to reduce the signs of anxiety.
3. Garlic Prevents Diarrhoea & Indigestion
