Paget’s disease, named after the English surgeon and pathologist Sir James Paget, is the second most common bone disease in the world. Arjuna is a popular Ayurvedic herb. It strengthens the bone and increases its density. Take 250mg of Arjuna bark powder twice daily with water for quick results.
3. Boswellia Serrate Soothes Bone Disease Pain.
Since Boswellia Serrate or the Indian frankincense is anti-inflammatory in nature, it can effectively treat bone diseases like arthritis. So, boil some Boswellia tree leaves in a cup of water and let it steep for 5-8 minutes. Strain the tea and consume warm.
4. Use Turmeric To Control Paget’s Disease Of The Bone.
Turmeric can be applied topically on the skin and also be consumed internally. It is an anti-inflammatory as well as an analgesic spice. So, add a pinch of turmeric in one cup of water and drink it twice daily. But, avoid it when taking blood-thinning medications.
