You could be having a nervous breakdown if you sweat profusely. The body signals you about critical situations and you must listen to the signs. 5. Trembling Or Shaking
Trembling or shaking of your hands and legs are amongst the common nervous breakdown symptoms. It can start with an embarrassing situation and can go on to increase and lead to anxiety or panic attacks in critical situations.
