1. Use Aloe Vera For Treating Piles
This is nature’s best ingredient for treating piles. Aloe vera’s anti-inflammatory properties help reduce the signs and symptoms of piles. You can use it externally or ingest for an internal cure. Simply massage the opening end of the alimentary canal with some refrigerated aloe vera gel to relieve the burning and itching.

This oil is known for its emollient properties and is majorly used for external and natural treatment for piles. Use some pure almond oil and apply it to the inflamed area. This will help keep the skin moisturized and also relieve any itching or burning sensation.
3. A Ginger-Honey Paste For Piles
Prepare a ginger and mint paste to extract their juice. Take 1 tsp ginger juice, 2 tsp mint leaves juice and mix them with a tsp honey along with 2 tsp lemon juice. Have this mix daily and cure the condition internally.

As constipation is one major problem that leads to piles, you must concentrate on treating the condition. Drink about 4 grams of Triphala powder mixed in hot water to regulate a better bowel movement. It alleviates constipation and a regular intake prevents any further development.
