One of my favourite things about the summer is – you guessed it – mangoes! Known as the king of fruits, the mango is treasured across the world. In Ayurveda, mangoes are among the few foods that combine well with milk. An Ayurvedic mango shake is not only lip-smackingly delicious, but also super-healthy…especially for those with high Vata. So, we reckon you go ahead and try out this Ayurvedic mango shake recipe.
