Lavender oil benefits by calming the mind, and hence works well for stress disorders like anxiety. A gentle massage with this wonderful oil can relax those tired muscles and nerves. 2. Lavender Oil Helps You Sleep.
The ancients didn’t need research to prove it…they’ve been using lavender as a natural insomnia remedy for ages! Current studies also acknowledge the sedative effects of lavender on the brain. Rub few drops of this oil on your palms or apply few drops to your pillow and bedcover. You will drift off to peaceful sleep.
