1. Lemon Juice Is Beneficial.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice into a glass of warm water. Drink this every day to get relief from influenza symptoms.
2. Ashwagandha Is A Magical Herb.
Ayurvedic ingredients like Ashwagandha and Kalmegh help in reducing the body temperature effectively.
3. Fenugreek Does Wonders.
Boil a tablespoon of fenugreek seeds in half a liter of water. Heat until only one-third of the water is left. Strain out the solution. Add a teaspoon of ginger juice and honey to the solution. Drink this once a day until the symptoms decline.

It’s a natural remedy for various ailments since ancient times. Ginger tea along honey can help fight various symptoms of influenza.
