1. Talcum Powder Or Cornstarch – An Easy Smelly Feet Remedy
This is one of the easiest smelly feet remedies. Just use an antiperspirant and good quality talcum powder to keep your feet dry. You can also sprinkle some cornstarch that will help absorb the sweat. And it even kills the odor-causing bacteria!
2. How To Get Rid Of Smelly Feet? Maintain Proper Hygiene!
What causes smelly feet? A lack of hygienic habits. Therefore, frequently wash your feet during the day, early morning and before bedtime. Always use fresh socks. And opt for footwear that’s breathable.
3. Use A Minty Scrub For Your Feet
Believe us, this scrub will leave your feet feeling as well as smelling fresh. Peppermint deodorizes your feet and adding sugar to the scrub will buff the dead skin away. So, add a few mint leaves and mix them with 1 tsp sugar, oatmeal, and cornmeal. Blend these with a tbsp yogurt, one lemon and a few drops of peppermint oil for that added benefit. Let it remain in a grainy texture and scrub your feet every alternate day to get rid of the odor.
4. Prepare A Deodorizing Spray
In about 100 ml boiling water, add 2 tbsp dry sage and put a lid on for 15 minutes. Strain the water and let it cool. Then, mix 4 tbsp hazel with 10 drops of lavender essential oil. Add to a spray bottle and refrigerate. Spritz on your feet anytime during the day.
5. Apple Cider Vinegar Is Helpful For Smelly Feet
To effectively neutralize the attack of bacteria, use apple cider vinegar to get rid of the foot odor. In a bucket full of warm water, add 1/3rd cup of apple cider vinegar and soak your feet for about 15 minutes. This is a guaranteed smelly feet remedy!
