Diabetes can harm the body organs and lead to chronic heart problems. Type 1 diabetes, Type 2, Prediabetes, and gestational diabetes are the four major types.

Home Remedies For Diabetes
1. Consume Jamun Seed Powder.
The seeds of eugenia jambolana are good for those with Type 1 diabetes. Therefore, take a teaspoon of the powder with a cup of lukewarm water twice every day. This is among the most tried and tested home remedies for diabetes.
2. Try Bitter Gourd Juice.
Bitter gourd regulates glucose metabolism in the body. It’s among the most effective home remedies for diabetes. Therefore, deseed the vegetable. Add chopped pieces into a blender with a little water. Blend, strain, and drink the juice. Do it daily.
3. Sip On Cinnamon Tea.
Cinnamon helps decrease insulin resistance along with major diabetes symptoms. Therefore, boil a liter of water in a pan. Add 2-3 tablespoons of cinnamon powder and allow it to steep for 20 minutes. Strain the mixture, cool it down, and drink. Do this daily.
4. Try Banyan Tree Bark Decoction.
Banyan tree bark shows anti-diabetic properties. Thus, boil 20 gm of the bark in 4 glasses of water. Heat it until only one glass remains. Cool it to room temperature and drink twice, daily.
5. Add Fenugreek To Your Diabetic Diet.
Fenugreek seeds mixed with turmeric help lower the diabetes symptoms. Therefore, grind 100 gm of fenugreek seeds and add 25 gm of turmeric powder to it. Mix it in a glass of milk and take it twice, every day.

- Add spices like turmeric, pepper, and cinnamon to your diabetic diet.
- Eat bitter gourd, amla, soybean, spinach, garlic, wheat gram, horse gram, and drum stick.
- Avoid alcohol, carbohydrates, butter, sugar, jaggery, oil, and sour beverages.
