Frequent urination is also known as Atimutrata in Ayurveda. The problem of excessive urination (atimutrata) happens because there’s a reduction in the Apana Vayu in the urine carrying pathways (mutra vaha srotas). To put it another way, the condition occurs due to an imbalanced Vata dosha as well as drava (water) dosha.

The skin of this fruit is as useful as the seeds. Take the skin of a pomegranate with some water and make a fine paste out of it. Have this mix twice in a day and you’ll observe better results.
2. Fenugreek Seeds Relieve Inflammation.
Take some fenugreek seeds, ginger, as well as some weed seeds. Grind all the three together to get a powder. Consume this powder either with honey or simply with plain water twice daily.
3. Cranberries Prevent Excessive Urination.
Prepare a fresh juice out of cranberries and drink about 120 ml of this every day to overcome the symptoms of frequent urination in men as well as women. Do not use any salt or other tastemakers.
4. White Vinegar Treats The Condition.
Take two tbsp of vinegar and add it in half a cup warm water. Drink it once every day to reduce the symptoms.
