Fatty Liver Home Remedies
1. Triphala Kashaya Is Beneficial.
Take 20 ml of Triphala kashaya and add a teaspoon of honey to it. Have this mixture twice daily before having your meals.
2. Shalmali Flowers (Bombay Malabaricum) Reduce The Fatty Liver Symptoms.
Collect a few flowers of the shalmali tree and add them into boiling water. Add mustard powder and reduce the water to about 20 ml. And then, consume the decoction twice a day.
3. Bhumyamalaki (Phyllanthus Niruri) Treats The Fatty Liver Pain.
Grind cardamom, cumin seeds, bhumyamalaki, and sugar together. Take 3 g of this powder and add a teaspoon of ghee to it. Take the mix every day in the morning, and you will observe positive results.
