Excessively consuming tea, coffee and other hot fluids, fatty and spicy foods, and stale meals can lead to indigestion which can cause eczema.
How To Treat Eczema?

1. Neem Can Soothe Eczema Rashes.
Boil around 30 margosa or neem leaves in 500-700 ml of water. After heating the water for 20 minutes, let it cool. Use this water to wash the infected area or for bathing.
2. Vegetable Juice Is An Absolute Detox.
Prepare this juice – take one carrot, ½ cup chopped celery, ⅙ cup chopped parsley, ⅓ cup chopped spinach, and ¼ cup of diced beetroot. Drink this on an empty stomach, one hour before breakfast everyday.
3. Coconut Oil Relieves Eczema Symptoms.
Take 100 ml of coconut oil and add a teaspoon of purified camphor to it. Apply this oil to the irritated skin. It will act as an antibacterial moisturizer.
