- Keep the computer screen at least 20-inches away from your face.
- The screen must be 10-1 5 degrees below the eye level.

- In every 2 hours, take a strict 30 minutes break from the screen.
- Having a humidifier or a good indoor plant will keep your eyes moisturized and feeling fresh.
- You must not have your device’s light brighter than your environment.
- Let the text remain larger and not small.
- Keep your screen contrast high and the color temperature much lower.
- Let those contact lenses off every once a while.
- Don’t excessively rub your eyes.
