Chickweed Tea Recipe
- Boil 500ml of water in a pan or kettle.
- Add a teaspoon of dried or 2 teaspoons of freshly chopped chickweed leaves in a cup.
- Pour the water in a cup after the water boils.
- Cover the cup and let it steep for 5 minutes.
- Drink the tea twice for weight loss.
Tip: Cool the tea. Add some fresh aloe vera gel to the infusion and apply over your skin for cuts or bruises. It will help clear any inflammation.
