What You’ll Need:
- 50 grams of cashew nuts
- 2-3 cups of water
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 a tsp vanilla extract
- Honey or dates (optional)
What To Do:
- Take the cashews, add a pinch of sea salt, and soak them in water overnight.
- Strain next morning and wash the nuts thoroughly.
- Blend all the ingredients into a smooth paste along with some water to get a milk-like consistency.
- Sieve or have it right away.
- Seal and store in a mason jar. Refrigerate and you are good to go for about 3-4 days.
