Therefore, prepare a hot compress by heating some water in a bowl. Add a few drops of castor oil and soak a towel in it. Squeeze off the excess water and keep on the affected area for some time.
2. Boswellia Tree Leaves Lower Bursitis Symptoms.
The resin produced from the bark of this tree contains boswellic acid which is known to have pain killing as well as anti-inflammatory properties. Therefore, it is suggested to take around 450mg of Boswellia extracts split into three doses throughout the day.
3. White Willow Bark Cures Bursitis Shoulder.
Since white willow bark contains salicylic acid, it helps reduce the inflammation of bursitis hip, shoulder, knee or elbow. The bark is also an analgesic that can also cure an upset stomach. Take about 120mg white willow bark powder daily with water to heal the pains.
