Butt Acne Treatment
1. Ice Pack Is Beneficial.
This is a reliable and sure-shot remedy to combat sore buttocks. Ice packs help treat the inflammation including redness as well as acne bumps. Just make sure not to apply the ice directly over your skin. Instead, wrap it with a cloth.
2. Go For A Warm Compress.
Even the puss-filled blisters can be cured with the help of a warm compress. It helps to draw out the harmful bacteria and prevent clogging of the hair follicles. Use salt water to dampen a soft cloth and place it on the affected area for about 15-20 minutes. Repeat the process twice daily until the infection starts to recede.
3. Use A Basil Wash.
Basil isn’t just used for preparing palatable dishes or drinks, but to also prevent the development of butt acne. So, twice daily wash the affected area with basil water and get rid of pimples on the hips as well as butt.
4. Sore Buttocks? Try Aloe Vera!
Scoop out some fresh aloe vera gel and apply it to the pimples on the hips. Let it stay for about 20 minutes to half an hour. Repeat the process three times daily to clear the pimples on the hips.
5. Use Tea Tree Oil.
Gently dab the bumps on the buttocks with a cotton ball dipped in tea tree oil. Once it dries, wash off with lukewarm water. Mix some water in case you have a sensitive skin. This remedy helps get rid of the harmful bacteria that causes acne bumps.
6. Treat Bumps On The Buttocks With Turmeric.
Having antibacterial as well as anti-inflammatory properties, turmeric helps get rid of acne anywhere on the skin. Form a paste of turmeric powder with some water and apply it over the affected areas. Wash off once dry and you’ll see the inflammation fade.
7. Don’t Forget Lemon!
Easily available and convenient to use, lemons are excellent when it comes to the treatment of skin infections. Simply cut a slice of lemon and rub it on the affected area. You can also directly apply some lemon juice over the bumps on the buttocks for better results.
