2. Apple Cider Vinegar Is Effective.
The acetic acid in ACV helps dry the boil much faster. Therefore, dilute one tbsp of ACV in four tbsp water and apply it to the affected area with a cotton ball. Repeat several times in a day for better results.

3. Neem Oil Heals The Skin.
Since neem is antiseptic as well as antibacterial, it can heal a pimple on the inner thigh without any side effects. So, take some neem leaves and grind them into a paste. Apply it for 30 minutes. Wash and repeat daily.
