- Begin by comfortably sitting on a supportive chair or stand in the bathroom.

- Gently rub your feet and then start to pour water on your calves, your knees, the thighs and lightly keep massaging with your hands.
- Now that your body temperature starts to adjust with the cold water take some water in your hands and rub it on your belly.
- Move on to your shoulders, then splash it on your face and gently massage the water on your head.
It is only after following the above guidance that you should actually start with washing your body and carry on with your bath routine. The process takes only about a minute. And helps you save your life by naturally flowing the electric currents of your body from top to bottom. This happens because the water has been first put on your feet.
Following the right bathing technique would prevent your toddler from shivering and help prevent any accidents while bathing. And it also helps you keep your body protected from cold and flu.
