1. Massage with Warm Coconut Oil

3. Lemon and Curd
Lemon is a wonderful skin care ingredient. With curd, it forms a potent Ayurvedic treatment for dandruff. Moreover, they are quite soothing for the scalp. Simply add the juice of 2 lemons to 1 bowl of curd and apply it onto your scalp. It works wonders.
4. Coconut Oil and Lemon
Just like lemon, coconut is a versatile beauty product. This one’s a super-easy and highly effective remedy. All you have to do is warm up some coconut oil and add the juice of 2 lemons to the oil. 5. Fenugreek Seed Paste
Fenugreek paste has a double effect – it’s an Ayurvedic treatment for hair fall and dandruff together. It also soothes itchiness and makes hair shine. To prepare it, soak 4-5 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in water all night. The next morning, mash the seeds. This will form a paste. Just apply the paste onto your scalp and rinse it off with room temperature water after 45 minutes.
6. Apple Cider Vinegar and Peppermint Leaves
Being such strong remedies, both apple cider vinegar and peppermint deserve a mention on every list about Ayurveda for dandruff. Boil a cup of water for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and then, add peppermint leaves and apple cider vinegar to it. Let the mixture rest for 2 hours. After that, strain it into a spray bottle. Spray it onto your scalp everyday. Rinse it off with lukewarm water.
7. Gooseberry and Holy Basil
Gooseberry or amla is a potent Ayurvedic ingredient for hair care. So is holy basil, known as tulsi in Ayurveda. All you need to do is crush the two into water, such that is forms a thick paste. Then, massage it onto your scalp. After 30 minutes, wash it off with room temperature water.

9. Olive Oil and Tea Tree Oil
