1. Garlic Tea
Asthma treatments in Ayurveda require clearance of Kapha from the air passages for which ginger tea is best suited. Add 2 to 3 garlic cloves in boiling water and drink the tea every day to prevent any critical asthma attacks.
2. Black Pepper
Make a powder of black pepper, ginger roots, and long pepper. Consume this powder every day with lukewarm water and honey.
3. Steam
Steam is always beneficial for breathing. So, boil some cumin seeds in water and inhale its steam. This will help you enhance the nasal activity.
4. Magic Guava And Pepper Potion
One long-term Ayurvedic medicine for asthma can be a potion made at home with all natural ingredients. Boil around 10 guava leaves and black pepper seed mixed in a cup of milk and water. Reduce the mixture to just a cup and drink this solution every alternate day on an empty stomach.
5. Essential Oils
Nilgiri oil is one of the others natural remedies for asthma. Rub the oil over the chest of the patient for instant relief.
6. Soothing Mint
Inhale mint and camphor to relax in case there’s an asthma attack.
7. Basil
Add 10 basil leaves, a pinch of turmeric to water and boil it. Take this water instantly and ease the attack.
8. Wheatgrass
