“What if I get the virus?”
As per the latest information, we know that the symptoms can begin upto 14 days post exposure to the virus. If you experience the symptoms as listed in the table, please do not panic. The first thing you need to do is to stop all physical contact with others. Then, just call your nearest medical facility. You will be guided further about the precautions and treatment available for you.
First, you will go through the test for COVID-19. If found positive, you will be asked to quarantine yourself possibly at the comfort of your home. If you find yourself in this situation, remember to stay calm. The body takes time to heal itself and needs the energy to do so. So keep yourself healthy with a lifestyle and the food that will help build your immunity.
If you find yourself unwell but not positive for coronavirus, you too need to watch out. Chances are, you have the cold or flu which also means your immunity needs a boost.
Stay healthy, stay safe!
