2. High Triphala Dosage Can Cause Dehydration.
One of the major Triphala churna side effects is dehydration. This can, in turn, lead to various harmful conditions in the body. Therefore, it is advised to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water alongside your daily Triphala dosage.
3. Diarrhea Can Also Be Bothersome.
