2. Reduce Swelling With Turmeric.
Binge eating disorder often causes vomiting which makes the salivary glands swell. So, how to stop binge eating? Try turmeric. It’s a healing spice that lowers the swelling. So, add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of warm water. Gargle twice daily.
3. Try Warm Baths.
