The Arjuna tree (Terminalia Arjuna) holds flavonoids, calcium, and potassium – essential for teeth as well as bone health. Boil some Arjuna bark in 500 ml of water for 15-20 minutes. Strain the tea and consume twice a day.
6. Gargling Is The Utmost Important Oral Healthcare Practice.
Gargling after eating food is vital for oral health. The practice prevents tooth decay. Add half a teaspoon of rock or sea salt in one cup of warm water and gargle.
