Blackcurrant Juice Recipe With Dates
What You’ll Need:
- 1 glass of water
- 50 grams of black currants
- 40 grams of dry dates
- 40 grams of jaggery
What To Do:
- Soak dry blackcurrants and dates in water for about 5-6 hours.
- Blend the ingredients with some water and jaggery.
- Sieve thereafter with a muslin cloth.
Store in a heatproof jar and have it daily in a controlled amount (approx 250 ml daily)
