With today’s busy schedules and lifestyle, it is true there may be no time for exercising. This causes our bone health to deteriorate. Bad habits such as smoking and alcohol destroy the body, including our bones. It causes free radicals to destroy bone-building cells, resulting in reduced bone density levels. Result is very weak, fragile, and brittle bones.
