Green tea has been found beneficial in the treatment of bleeding gums because of its antibacterial properties. So, boil a cup of water, add one teaspoon of green tea leaves. Steep for about 5 minutes and strain. Drink it at least once every day for better results.
2. Have A Mix Of Herbs For Gum Health.
Since chamomile flowers, sage leaves, and horsetail are anti-inflammatory as well as antibacterial in nature, you can consume a mix of the three. Use them in dry form and in equal quantities. Add one teaspoon of the mixture in a cup of boiling water. Strain the tea after 5 minutes. Gargle after every meal and prevent receding a gum line.
3. Use Essential Oils For Teeth And Gums.
The oil extracted from eucalyptus is anti-inflammatory as well as antimicrobial. It removes plaque buildup and strengthens your gums. Therefore, dilute eucalyptus essential oil by adding a few drops in one cup of water. Massage the gums with the oil and gargle frequently. This is an effective receding gums treatment.
4. Aloe Vera Is Effective Receding Gums Treatment.
Gums can be soothed by using aloe vera gel. The herb supports the repair of damaged tissues. So, use aloe vera gel in place of your regular toothpaste or prepare a mouthwash by adding water to the gel.

Coconut and sesame seed oils are both effective in removing the dirt as well as the plaque from your gums and teeth. Both the oils have antibacterial properties to protect the occurrence of infection. Therefore, swish and swirl a teaspoon of coconut oil in your mouth. Do it this for one minute, and then spit the oil out. Increase the time eventually for about 15 minutes at a time once you get used to it.
