1. Ginger For Dyspepsia

2. Artichoke Extract
Artichoke extract is one of the best natural treatments for dyspepsia. Within three to four weeks, even functional dyspepsia can significantly reduce. The feeling of fullness, nausea, bloating as well as the pain will most likely go away easily.
3. Lemon

Press and strain the solution and mix some lime juice in the water. Divide this into three equal parts and drink each of them after breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Fennel cures an upset stomach and lime helps fight against bacteria.
