Before the meal, oranges intensify your appetite and after the meal, it improves your digestion.
3. Watermelon
Watermelon is your ultimate thirst quencher, with about 90% fluid content. So, you must eat the fruit when it’s freshly cut and not after storing it for hours together. There’s a proper way of eating fruits like these and hence you shouldn’t drink water for at least an hour after eating watermelon.
4. Grapes
The correct way of eating fruits like grapes is consuming them early in the morning. This maintains your body’s water retention capabilities. And the fruit is best to be enjoyed on an empty stomach, keeping a gap of at least an hour or half before having your meals.
5. Mango
The king of fruits has several health benefits along with being rich in vitamins A, B6 and C, copper, potassium, and magnesium. However, you always need to remember that mangoes have warming potency and therefore milk must be consumed with it. At times, having fruits in isolation makes them harmful to the system.
